However, in accordance with European and Greek legislation, the following return conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">1. Return Acceptance Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product received is not the same as the one ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is in excellent condition, unopened, unused, and remains sealed in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not accept returns of products whose sealed packaging has been removed or which have been used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">2. Return Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are only accepted after prior consultation with the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must contact info@vismotorsport.net and describe the issue before sending any product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">3. Inspection Upon Return Receipt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a technical inspection of the product and its packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is confirmed that the product has not been used, the packaging is intact, and there is no damage or evidence of installation, a refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">4. Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are made only via the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The processing time is up to 7 working days from the moment the product is received and inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any bank charges, fees, or exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product needs to be inspected due to malfunction or defect and may be covered by warranty, a technical inspection by the company is required first. Only if it is determined that the issue is indeed covered by warranty will a refund or replacement be issued. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or if the product was not used in accordance with the instructions, the customer is fully responsible for all bank and shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">5. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has a manufacturing defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An incorrect product was shipped due to company error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In all other cases, the customer bears the full cost of return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">6. Exceptions to the Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products specially ordered for the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been used or installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products without original factory packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parts that have been altered or damaged due to improper handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">7.
